PSV Stadion Eindhoven (ENG)
The training that turns nerves into structure and courage into impact.
What if you could master that knot in your stomach? If sweaty palms were a thing of the past? What would happen if you could tell your story in a way that makes all your knowledge truly land?
Presenting is nerve-racking. You feel watched, and the voice in your head won’t stop. You know you know it, but you doubt how to say it and how to make it engaging to listen to.
That’s exactly why you deserve a place to experiment, practice, and play. And yes, that comes with trial and error. Because perfection is overrated.
A training where the focus isn’t only on what you say, but even more on how you say and support it. Because your enthusiasm, your connection with the audience, and your way of being and telling determine whether you’ll be remembered, or forgotten.
What will you experience and learn?
- A comfortable space to practice
Discover how to expand your comfort zone, control your breathing, and find calm in front of a group.
- Structure, storytelling, and improvisation
Learn which style of presenting suits you best and how to make your message stick.
- 100% Impact Formula
Master the art of impact by combining enthusiasm, connection, and authenticity.
- One look says more than…
Learn how facial expressions, gestures, movement, and posture support your message.
- Feedforward
Experience the power of feedforward: through plenty of practice moments, you’ll develop at lightning speed.
- Fun
Presenting is fun. You’ll learn how to make it even more enjoyable — for yourself and your audience.
Who is this training for?
For anyone who recognizes themselves in:
- “I don’t feel comfortable in front of a group.”
- “I want more flair, but I don’t know how to develop it.”
- “I stumble every time I present, even in a meeting.”
- “Once again, I prepare alone with a few bullets and just hope it works out.”
- “I know I have the knowledge, but it never really seems to land.”
- “I know I have the knowledge, but it never really seems to land.”
It can be different. After this training, you’ll stand with confidence and flair in front of any group. Whether it’s a packed hall, a meeting, or a personal occasion, you’ll deliver your story with clarity and impact, find calm in the moment, and truly connect with your audience.
These are skills you can use over and over again, making sure your message sticks.
What's in it for you
- Confidence, presence, flair, and joy whenever you take the floor.
- The skill to tell stories that stick.
- Presentations that captivate from start to finish.

Real reviews
Mark has a unique gift for improving your public speaking skills in record time. His approach is practical, with plenty of room to practice in a safe setting. With small tweaks to your story, he immediately shows the difference. The training instantly made me a better storyteller, and now I approach every speaking opportunity with confidence.
The variety during the 2-day training sparked rapid growth. And even though the stage already felt familiar to me, with every step I felt more empowered — as if Mark kept placing a new step right in front of me. As a trainer, he stands beside you as an equal — motivating, inspiring, and fully present for every participant.
We did an inspiration session with Mark. In just 90 minutes, he shared practical tips and insights that were incredibly valuable. Even after that short time, I already felt I had taken a real step forward. Just imagine what he can achieve with you in a two-day workshop. That’s definitely something I want to experience as well.
Presenting isn’t a talent – it’s a muscle you train. During the training I said: “I don’t feel it right now, so many ideas and yet my mind stays blank.” Mark replied: “But even what you’re telling me now, that’s a story.” That stuck with me. A story doesn’t have to be perfect, as long as it’s real.
The most important lesson? It all comes down to your Message in a Bottle. Mine: Mark is a damn good trainer. He listens, inspires, and fills you with confidence. I was nervous, but I’m so glad I didn’t turn back. Two days of pure enjoyment. Want to become a better speaker or presenter? Call Mark.
During this interactive training, we as participants were challenged to improve our presentation skills. This training is a must-have for anyone who wants to learn public speaking or work on their presentation skills. I’ve taken many trainings throughout my career, but I’ve rarely had a trainer with as much passion and drive as Mark. I would definitely recommend this training.

About Mark
I’m Mark, also known as That Guy in Blue. Speaker, trainer, event host… and a flat white lover through and through. For over twenty years, I’ve been helping people grow in who they are and what they do as an educator, as a coach, and now as a presentologist.
I didn’t start because I love the spotlight. In fact, I know exactly how nerve-wracking it can be to stand there. Your heart racing, your mind going blank, your hands just a little too clammy.
That’s why I started Presenters Lab. A place where you’re allowed to experiment, where you might stumble and where you’ll definitely rise again. I see it as a presentation studio that helps you tell your story the way it’s meant to be told: in your own way.
So that, in the end, you feel at home on any stage, big or small.
