Definitions:

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Contractor: TGIB Triple Co, also trading under the name Presenters Lab. Hereinafter referred to as: TGIB.

Client: the natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with TGIB for the provision of services.

2. Services

TGIB offers open enrollment training, in-company training, keynotes, chairing sessions, and related services.

• Fixed rates apply for open training courses as stated on the website.
• For all other services, we work with customized quotes and/or fact sheets.
• For some courses, access to online teaching materials is included.
• This material remains the sole property of TGIB and is intended for personal use only.

3. Registration and cancellation

3.1 Open registration:

Free cancellation is possible up to 28 days before the start.

Participation can be postponed once up to 14 days before the start.

Cancellation is not possible within 14 days before the start of the course, but the participant may transfer his/her place to another person.

3.2 Custom quotes (in-company/keynote/event host):

Cancellation up to 8 calendar weeks before the start is possible against payment of 25% of the quotation value. Cancellation up to 4 calendar weeks before the start is possible against payment of 50% of the quotation value.

If TGIB has already incurred costs (such as, but not limited to, external location rental and overnight accommodation costs) that cannot be recovered, these will be fully charged to the client.

3.3 Cancellation or changes by TGIB:

TGIB reserves the right to cancel an open enrollment training or move it to another date. In the event of a postponement, the participant has the right to cancel free of charge within 7 days of notification.

TGIB may change the location of a training session, provided it is within a 10-kilometer radius of the original location.

Because all services are provided exclusively by Mark Huis in ‘t Veld, the client must agree that in the event of illness or serious personal circumstances, the training can be rescheduled in consultation. TGIB handles this with the utmost care. Participants or clients agree to find a new time together.

4. Payment and late payment

Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

For natural persons: payment must be made in advance and in full (100%) upon registration. If this payment is not received before the start of the training, TGIB reserves the right to refuse access to the training.

For legal entities: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, the remaining amount within 14 days after completion of the service. Unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Objections to an invoice must be reported in writing or by email within 7 days of the invoice date. After this period has expired, the invoice is deemed to have been accepted.

In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent. TGIB reserves the right to charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.

5. Locations and dietary requirements

TGIB carefully selects its locations for open enrollment training courses. However, some locations may have limited accessibility for people with limited mobility.

If meals are part of the purchased training, any dietary or allergy requirements must be reported in writing at least 7 days before the start.

In the case of in-company training, TGIB will share a document with conditions that the training room must meet. The client determines and pays for the training room, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Liability and ownership

Participation in training courses is at your own risk.

TGIB is not liable for damages of any nature whatsoever, unless there is intent or gross negligence. In the event of liability, this is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by the liability insurance.

TGIB is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profits, lost savings or damages due to business stagnation.

All material shared by TGIB (such as workbooks, slides, blueprints, or other presentation materials) is copyrighted.

Use is strictly personal. Reuse, distribution, or incorporation into other programs is permitted only with written permission or upon payment of a buyout.

This also applies to (video) recordings of keynotes or chairing sessions. Images may only be shared after explicit agreements have been made.

6.1 Dissolution by TGIB

TGIB reserves the right to terminate the agreement without notice of default if:

the client is declared bankrupt, applies for a suspension of payments, is placed under guardianship or has other circumstances that restrict the free disposal of assets;

the cooperation has been permanently disrupted by an insurmountable difference of opinion;

TGIB is unable to carry out the assignment due to serious personal circumstances. TGIB will make every effort to propose an alternative time as soon as possible.

7. Implementation and cooperation

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the quotation or fact sheet, all services are performed by Mark Huis in ‘t Veld.

8. Privacy

TGIB processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). See presenterslab.com/privacy for the full privacy statement and your rights regarding access, correction, or deletion.

9. Final provisions

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

TGIB has the right to change these conditions unilaterally. The most current version is always available at presenterslab.com.
