The variety during the two-day training sparked rapid growth. And even though the stage already felt familiar to me, with every step I felt more empowered \u2014 as if Mark kept placing a new step for me to climb. We did an inspiration session with Mark. In just 90 minutes, he shares practical tips and insights that are incredibly valuable. Even after this short time, I already felt I had taken a step forward. Presenting is not a talent, it’s a muscle you train. During the training I said: \u201cI’m not feeling it right now, so many ideas and yet it remains blank.\u201d Mark replied, \u201cBut what you are telling me now is also a story.\u201d That stuck. A story doesn’t have to be perfect, as long as it’s real.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The most important lesson? It all comes down to your Message in a Bottle<\/em>. Mine: Mark is a damn good trainer. He listens, inspires, and fills you with confidence. During this interactive training, we were challenged as participants to improve our presentation skills. This training is a must-have for anyone who wants to learn public speaking or work on their presentation skills. I\u2019ve taken many trainings throughout my career, but I\u2019ve rarely had a trainer with as much passion and drive as Mark. I would definitely recommend this training. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The role of a good event host is crucial to making a large-scale event a success \u2014 and no one does that better than Mark! I had the pleasure of working with him for the first time at the Cross Border Event for all assistants from the Benelux. With his energy, wit, and humor, he was the right man in the right place. His preparation as chairman was careful and very well prepared, so the speakers knew what to expect. This allowed everyone to focus on their own task!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mark as an event host inspires confidence, confidence that the event will run seamlessly. This is partly because Mark is highly engaged in the preparation and takes the time to truly master the content. But it\u2019s also because Mark has the ability to read the room, keep attention with humor, and spark engagement where it\u2019s needed. His presence makes him approachable, and even the most serious topics land with the audience in a tone that never feels too heavy. At the next event, I hope to work with Mark again and to experience that same carefree feeling he brings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

During our symposium \u201cGrip op geld\u201d at Theaterhotel de Oranjerie in Roermond, where we called on employers to support employees with financial concerns, Mark fulfilled the role of event host. Or rather: he took all the weight off our shoulders. Mark\u2019s presence and style of presenting bring a pleasant lightness to even the most serious topics.
